Basic Package
Free 30-minute consultation. This is a phone call where we discuss:

- Can we help you?
One hour video call. This will be a face to face video call, potentially including instruction through screen sharing. Rather than doing each step of the process for you, we will teach you how to do things yourself to become independent.
Advanced Package
If you have never participated in a video call, this package is for you! This is the basic package, with an additional hour for learning how to connect on a video call.
Free 30-minute consultation. This is a phone call where we discuss:
- What do you want to do?
- Can we help you?
One hour video call for learning how to do a video call.
One Hour of instruction on skill or content.
Premium Package
If you have a lot you want to learn, you may consider this package. This package includes a total of three hours of instruction.
Free 30-minute consultation. This is a phone call where we discuss:
- What do you want to do?
- Can we help you?
Your choice of:
- One hour video call for learning how to do a video call,
OR - One hour of instruction on skill or content
Additional 2 hours of instruction on skill or content, divided into 1 hour blocks
Group Package
Up to 5 participants. Free 30-minute consultation.
This is a phone call where we discuss:
- What do you want to do?
- How many people are in your group?
- What is the experience level of the people in your group?
- What is the best format for the training?
- Can we help you?
Two hour training

Cancellation Policy
We understand schedules change and will do our best to meet your needs. If you need to reschedule, we require a 24-hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for the appointment, you will be billed for the scheduled service.
